Stellantis is a multinational automotive business which has only been formed recently through the merger of some great automotive brands - Vauxhall, Fiat, Peugeot, Alfa Romeo, DS, Citroen, Maserati and Peugeot. Managing such an integration at a time of significant turmoil, a rapidly changing future state with an organisations coming together with differing historical values and culture is a huge challenge. In the UK we wanted to look for a partner who could help us manage the transition by putting a mirror up to the leadership team and to create the stimulus for change. That change is to create a great place to work by driving higher levels of engagement, enablement and motivation for everyone in the organisation. We decided to work with &Evolve. Amrit and his team were the perfect choice. Clearly they are highly skilled in change management but more importantly Amrit has a unique style that is able to lead the debate without resorting to detached theoretical concepts nor alienating anyone across the team in the process. I would really endorse &Evolve to any organisation that is facing the hardest business challenge, shaping the culture!
SVP - GROUP MANAGING DIRECTOR, STELLANTIS UK
We have been working with &Evolve for a year now. Their attention to detail and commitment in taking time to understand our complex organisation has been fantastic. The team have become part of our team and are trusted colleagues who have both coached, and in many cases, inspired many here at Chester Zoo. As a result of &Evolve's support, we have become a stronger and more effective team of people. We hope to carry on including &Evolve in our future plans.

Amrit worked with the Medicines Discovery Catapult and its management team for over 6 months during multiple lockdowns. His open approach helped gather a true, real-world view of the culture of the company and the challenges it faced. He was able to communicate these to all stakeholders in a straightforward and positive manner – not shrinking from the tough points for focus but recognising the many positives alongside them. The action plan that came from this analysis included specific team building approaches and self-awareness sessions. He worked 1:1 with the executive group to understand their backgrounds, drivers and roles within a team dynamic. This process can be challenging, and yet was handled with professionalism, and sensitivity when required. This work provided real insights and linked well with complementary organisational design work that ran in parallel. Amrit finished this work by capturing and crystallising the desired behaviours within the organisation through a number of workshops. Once again, despite their ‘virtual’ nature the workshops had energy, focus, tempo and purpose. They returned not only some vital, future-facing collateral which the company can use in its next cycle of growth but also a tangible feeling of staff engagement which is just as valuable. Amrit is a calm and confident listener who has the experience to know what to do next, and an inclusive approach which brings people towards him. His advice is sound, his messages clear and his patience seemingly endless. I recommend any business leader to listen seriously to what Amrit says he can do for them and their organisation.

Working with &Evolve has been a transformational experience for Bupa. We have, for the first time, really heard what will make the biggest difference to our employees, and fascinatingly, it’s been the smallest things we haven’t previously paid enough attention to changing, and getting these things right that has the potential to improve our commercial performance significantly.
PEOPLE DIRECTOR, UK
The first time I met with Amrit, I was immediately impressed with his enthusiasm and energy - he quickly became part of the team rather than a consultant. I would totally recommend working with Amrit. If you’re looking for someone who is credible, pragmatic, enthusiastic and will absolutely get under the skin of the business, then Amrit is the person to choose.
HEAD OF HR, TRANSPORT SYSTEMS CATAPULT
Setting aside specific time into my working week for reflection has brought many benefits to me personally. Having the space and time to focus on the bigger picture and reflect on new insights and learnings has ultimately given me greater clarity and enabled more informed decision making.
HR DIRECTOR, UKTV
It is very important that we are always listening to our colleagues, ensuring the improvements we are making are genuinely working and having the desired impact. By doing this work every year, we can really see the traction we are making and where we need to put more focus. This makes us a great place to work, which of course makes Dunelm a great place to shop.
