The Strategic Leader
This programme explores the link between lifestyle, wellbeing, and leadership effectiveness. Managers gain skills to become more engaging leaders by delving into the psychology and neuroscience of human behaviour. The course also covers coaching, self-reflection, and decision-making techniques to develop leaders who inspire, energise, and empower teams with a clear vision aligned to organisational values.
